Correios De Mocambique - Maputo

Correios de Moçambique, EP, is a public company, endowed with legal personality and with administrative, financial and patrimonial autonomy, exercising its activity in the subordination of the Ministry of Transport and Communications. It is governed by the Public Companies Law, by its statutes, by the legal and regulatory provisions that are especially applicable to it as a company providing public services and, finally, in what is not specifically regulated, by the rules of private law. The defense of the public interest that will guide all the company's activity will be ensured by the Government, through the Minister of Transport and Communications, except in cases where it is expressly defined otherwise in the law or in its statutes.
